The bracelet is 8 inches long.  The oxidized silver chain twists, and through its links a shiny silver dumbbell spirals.  The silver dumbbells are graduated in gauge, with the smaller ones starting at 5MM at both ends.  The dumbbells gets gradually bigger to the center of the bracelet, with the biggest one measuring 8MM thick.  
 
The necklace is 18 inches long and its biggest dumbbell at the center is 10MM thick, while the smallest ones at either ends are 5MM thick. 
 
Both pieces boast a T toggle closure, that is both secure and comfortable to wear.
